The shade has its original carmel glass with no damage. The base has 2 pull chain socket and has been re-wired with cloth covered cord. Its signed MILLER on the top of the base pictured at the bottom of the close up base photo. The lamp stands 21 1/2″ tall, the shade is 16″ across and the base is 7 1/2 across.
