Antique Arts & Crafts Handel / Unique Leaded Slag Stained Glass Table Lamp

Please take a look, ask questions, and let me know if you need any additional pictures. This is a very unusual Handel/Unique leaded glass table lamp. I say unusual since I have never seen one with water lily’s on it…. The periwinkle designs are much more common. I will let my pictures do most of the talking here and as you can see from them the lamp displays extremely well and would look awesome in any arts & crafts setting. In terms of size, this is a large and full size table lamp that stands 24″ tall with an 18″ diameter shade. In terms of condition, I see a number of small cracks here and there, but nothing serious. Most are in the complicated boarder and only one or two appear in the hexagons near the top. The shade in this particular lamp has a signed Handel ring in it which goes perfectly on the Handel shade rest in the base. I still believe the shade to be Unique, though, and marriages between Handel bases and Unique shades are very common. The base is not signed, but 100% guaranteed to be Handel. In fact both base and shade are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and date from the early 1900′s. Has been wired with period style cloth braided cord and a nice old plug and comes ready to use and enjoy. If you like lamps or need parts please feel free to look at my other auctions or contact me. That being said, please do not embarrass yourself with a lowball offer thinking you are going to get such a lamp like this. It is just a waste of both of our times.
