Vintage slag glass lamp shade missing one panel of bent glass and one small flat panel. The shade is approx 16 1/2 in diameter. I believe it has had some repair done to the top as seen in pics. Also it is a little out of shape, that is it is about a half inch off when measuring different points in diameter. I see no filigree missing however.
