Antique/vintage slag glass table lamp. All original condition

Beautiful slag table lamp in original working condition. The electric cord has been replaced but all else is original. Finish has a fantastic ivory white washed patina with some chips and scuffs. The 16 glass panels are all in perfect shape except one small rectangular piece that has a hairline crack but it is near the end and cannot be seen from the front. Lamp is 15 wide and total 22′ high. I cannot find a makers marking and have gone through a few of my reference books and cannot find this lamp. Unusual filigree tropical composition of palm trees and Basque style church?
